My journey into baking began as a fun hobby during summer camp, where I discovered my love for creating delicious cakes. As someone who has always been a creative soul, experimenting with flavors and crafting tasty snacks quickly became my passion. My dream took a big step forward when I had the opportunity to work at Ben & Jerry’s, where I learned how to make ice cream cakes. I enjoyed this experience for two years, gaining invaluable skills and inspiration. In 2012, I decided to focus on baking for friends and family, sharing my creations and honing my craft. Driven by my passion, I invested in cake instructor classes and gathered all the equipment I needed to bring my ideas to life in my own kitchen. It was there that I developed my signature icing—My Cream Cheese Vanilla—that adds that perfect touch to every treat. Today, I am dedicated to creating baked goods that bring joy and warmth, capturing the homemade feel and the special bonds shared with loved ones.
